Trained in the Psychology of Yoga

Beyond postures and breathwork, I bring a deep understanding of yoga’s psychological dimensions, understanding how the practice works at the level of the nervous system, the mind, and the emotional body. 

My 300-hour training in yoga psychology at The Center for Yoga Psychology gives me tools that go far beyond a typical yoga class, allowing me to work with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and overall mental well-being in a grounded, evidence-informed way.
