Where the Trail Meets the Mat
Breath deep and connect with nature as you immerse yourself in the magic of these ancient Appalachian Mountains. Enjoy a 2 mile round trip hike along an easy/moderate trail to a mountaintop with stunning views. Once there we’ll share an hour of yoga for all levels at the summit. Bring your mat and sense of adventure.
Exploration and Presence
Routes are chosen for safe, scenic spots that offer flat areas for practice. Whether you prefer gentle strolls with restorative poses or more challenging terrain paired with energizing flows, each hike is adaptable to meet the group’s ability and intention.
Group sizes are kept intimate to ensure clear instruction, individual modifications, and a relaxed pace. Expect warm-ups, hiking segments, guided yoga sessions at chosen vantage points, breathwork, and a closing meditation.
