Spring Equinox Yoga
Winding Stair Farm & Nursery
As winter gently gives way to spring, the Spring Equinox invites us into balance—equal parts light and dark, rest and renewal.
This seasonal turning point offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what’s stirring beneath the surface. Whether you’re revisiting intentions you set earlier this year or allowing new ones to emerge, this gentle yoga practice is designed to support you right where you are.
Join me for a one-hour Gentle Spring Equinox Yoga session held in the peaceful setting of Winding Stair Farm & Nursery. Together, we’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and create space to welcome the energy of spring with clarity and intention.
