Hi! I'm Sharon, a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor and certified teacher of Mindfulness Meditation. Yoga has not just become my way of life, but a beacon of hope and transformation. It has guided me through life's ups and downs, unlocking my reservoirs of hidden potential and leading me to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My personal yoga journey, which began in 2015, was a profound quest to calm my anxious mind and soothe my hypersensitive nervous system. Each practice was a step towards understanding and self-discovery. As yoga became a part of my daily life my hunger for knowledge led me to devour books, attend local classes, and absorb insightful YouTube videos.

Driven by an unwavering desire to deepen my practice and understanding, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. This training served as the foundation upon which I built my expertise.

Eager to explore the psychological benefits of yoga and meditation, I furthered my education by completing an additional 300 hours of training in yoga psychology at The Center for Yoga Psychology. Through this specialized training, I gained a profound understanding of the tools necessary to calm my anxious mind and soothe my hypersensitive nature.

My practice is rooted in the Hatha yoga tradition and cultivates a deep sense of calm and awareness. I work with the breath and encourage students to meet themselves where they are physically, mentally, and spiritually with acceptance while working to access untapped potential.

I aim to serve others and foster connectedness and community through practicing yoga together.
